Alison Krauss

Alison Krauss was born July 23, 1971, in the city of Decatur, Illinois. LeAnn Kymes, along with Krauss, were amongst the youngest Grammy Award-winners. Alison Maria Krauss is an American bluegrass and country musician. Her birth date was July 23, 1971. Her career began in the music industry at the age of a young child, and when she was just 10 years young. In 1987, she debuted her debut solo album following joining Rounder Records.
